Open Registration Begins for New Familes on June 1st, 2016.

Registration Fee is Per Semester*


Here are our Registration Instructions: 
*Please note the updated changes to our schedule and class descriptions.

1.) Please look over this Schedule and class Descriptions (see attachment)
2.) Download and Complete the Class Registration form to Bring to Co Op on Monday 1/14/2016 (see attachment)
3.) Please email your choices for your children by Thursday 1/7/2016

Please list it like this per child:
1.) Name and Age
2.) Class Choice

*It is important that I have this information to provide our Teachers with their rosters by Friday.

Payment Instructions for Registration and Supply Fees:
Cash Preferred ( If you must write a check, please make it payable to: Christine Hobson

1.) Mandy Sheppard will be downstairs to receive your registration fee of $35.00 per family.
2.) Teacher Supply Fees need to be placed in separate envelopes for (each class) for your child.

     If you are signing your child up for 5 classes you will have 5 envelopes. 

     Please put the class name along with your child's name on the outside.
3.) By the end of the day on Monday, each teacher will be given an envelope that they will sign for          with the enclosed supply fees.
